Abby Rains has been a Skills Trainer with Project SEARCH Arkansas: ACCESS Initiative since May of 2024. Abby loves teaching her interns job skills and equipping them with the tools they will need to be successful in the workforce. Abby is currently working towards her Associates of Education degree and hopes to use the skills she is learning to benefit her future interns. Her favorite part of being a Skills Trainer is seeing the growth and determination the interns learn while in the program. Abby enjoys spending time with family and her chocolate lab, Scout.
