In her current role, Andrea plays a key part in ensuring employees stay up to date with their requirements while providing a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience for new hires. With a diverse background that includes roles as an HR Generalist, Recruiter, and Office Manager, Andrea brings valuable experience in fostering positive workplace environments and optimizing HR processes.
Outside of her professional role, Andrea is a Board Member and Secretary of SoWright Theater, showcasing her passion for the arts and community involvement. She is also dedicated to working with children and enjoys volunteering, reflecting her commitment to making a positive impact both within and beyond the workplace.
