Ariel Davidson

Project SEARCH Skills Trainer

Ariel Davidson has been part of the Project SEARCH Arkansas: ACCESS Initiative in Partnership with Arkansas Rehabilitation Services team since April of 2024 and is a Skills Trainer at CHI St Vincent Project SEARCH in Hot Springs. Ariel loves watching her interns learn and build their job skills as they complete each rotation in different departments. Ariel believes that every individual has the ability to learn and are capable of so many opportunities just as every else is. Her experience with individuals who hold a wide range of abilities and challenges allows her to understand their needs and wants for their future. She wants to make sure that every intern has the opportunity for a brighter future through the work that she does with Project SEARCH.

Prior to joining ACCESS, Ariel volunteered at her school with the Special Olympics for many years and has shadowed over four different OT Clinics for more experience and education working with individuals with different abilities and challenges. She worked at a family day camp for four years as a camp counselor and program planner and worked with all different types of unique individuals. She is a graduate from Henderson State University with a bachelors in Recreation and Management and is a Certified Job Coach. Ariel’s favorite part of working for ACCESS is seeing the growth of her interns and watching them obtain skills to improve their opportunities for the future! When she is not serving the ACCESS mission, Ariel likes to enjoy the great outdoors, travel with her family, and be an active member at her church. She loves having fun and making a difference wherever she can!
