Brittany Fuhrmann joined ACCESS Life in 2025, bringing a passion for empowering individuals to achieve what they once thought impossible. With a deep belief in the potential of her clients, Brittany finds fulfillment in helping them overcome challenges and acquire new skills.

She holds a master’s degree in Public Administration with a focus on Nonprofit Management from Arkansas State University and is certified as an Employment Support Professional (CESP). Brittany also holds the Qualified Interpreter for the Deaf (QAST 4.2) credential in Arkansas.

Before joining ACCESS Life, Brittany spent over a decade in roles that directly impacted adults with disabilities, honing her expertise in advocacy, support, and program development. What motivates her most is celebrating the everyday victories of her clients, whether it’s learning new skills or achieving personal milestones.

Outside of work, Brittany enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and dogs, contributing to her church community as an interpreter, and pursuing contract work. She remains deeply committed to advocating for inclusion and accessibility, always empowering others both professionally and personally.
