Courtney Chapman, RN

School Nurse

Courtney Chapman, RN, has been a valued member of the ACCESS Academy team since 2023, currently serving as one of the nurses. She enjoys meeting and helping a diverse range of students across the campus and believes her role allows her to show compassion while providing security and routine for students with daily medical needs. Courtney is passionate about respecting the uniqueness of each child and views her role as an opportunity to make a positive impact on their lives.

Courtney’s background in homeschooling her own children for 15 years, along with her experience teaching in homeschool co-ops, helped prepare her for this role at ACCESS. Her ability to relate to children with diverse needs has grown significantly over time. Prior to joining ACCESS, Courtney worked as a nurse in both cardiac and internal medicine settings, as well as administering chemotherapy in an office setting. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from Arkansas State University.

Her favorite part of working at ACCESS is interacting with the students in such a fun, positive environment. When she’s not at ACCESS, Courtney continues to homeschool her three children, works one day a week at Arkansas Heart Hospital, and stays busy with cooking and cleaning.
