Erica Watson is a member of the ACCESS Project SEARCH team at Mercy in Fort Smith, Arkansas. With over five years of experience working with individuals with disabilities, Erica has a strong background in the field. Prior to joining Project SEARCH, she worked with children ranging from 6 weeks to 5 years old. Erica firmly believes that all individuals are capable of success, provided they have the proper support in place. She feels that her experience working with individuals with disabilities of various backgrounds and ages is valuable in her current role and is eager to continue learning and growing while helping others gain their independence.
Outside of work, Erica enjoys spending time with her son, as well as cooking, traveling, and reading.
