Haley Schichtl is the Intermediate 1 lead teacher. She holds a Master's degree in middle school education from the University of Central Arkansas and has experience working with students from pre-K through eighth grade. Haley developed an interest in working with students with special needs while serving as a lead teacher at a special preschool for nearly two years before joining ACCESS Academy. Although she enjoyed her time working with pre-K students, she is excited to now work with older students at ACCESS. Outside of work, Haley enjoys spending time outdoors, crocheting, and relaxing with her two cats.
