Jillian Diamond, OTD, OTR/L, is an occupational therapist at the ACCESS Stella Boyle Smith Early Childhood campus. She graduated from the University of Central Arkansas (UCA) in August 2021 with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and earned her Doctorate in Occupational Therapy in August 2024. In 2022, Jillian was inducted into the occupational therapy honor society, Pi Theta Epsilon, where she served on the executive board.
During her capstone experience, Jillian obtained a certification in the Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) and administered the program to children of various ages.
Jillian has always felt drawn to the pediatric population, and after completing various clinical rotations, she knew she wanted to work with children. She loves that her role allows her to play every day while helping children learn new skills to meet their goals. Jillian’s favorite part of working at ACCESS is the interdisciplinary collaboration between students, teachers, and therapists. She believes there is nothing better than a team coming together with a client-centered mindset to foster growth and empowerment, helping students reach their full potential.
Originally from Hooks, Texas, Jillian has lived in Conway since starting at UCA in 2018. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, going on walks with her dog Freya Jane, and reading.
