Rhonda Smithson joined the ACCESS team in 2022. Prior to this role, Rhonda worked as a preschool teacher for HEADSTART.
Rhonda attended the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, where she majored in Early Childhood Education and Social Work. While raising her family, she operated a licensed home daycare.
Rhonda enjoys her role as a support professional, engaging with students and helping them achieve their goals for kindergarten readiness and personal development. She is also actively involved in activities that support autism awareness and is dedicated to continuing education with a "never stop learning" philosophy.
When she's not at ACCESS, Rhonda enjoys creating art, playing the piano, and participating in church and choir activities with her family.
