Sundi Scott, BSN, RN, has been part of both the ACCESS Early Childhood and ACCESS Academy and Young Adult nursing teams since 2017. ACCESS holds a special place for Sundi because her own children attended the school, and their lives were transformed by the innovative instruction and excellent therapies they received—preparing them to enter mainstream education. Thanks to this early intervention at ACCESS, they are excellent students today. Sundi loves providing nursing care to the students and staff at ACCESS, watching the progress made, and witnessing the talent involved in making it all happen.
Before joining ACCESS, Sundi was a ballet and contemporary dance teacher in Arkansas and New York. She then worked as a licensed massage therapist for 15 years before becoming a nurse in 2015. Sundi worked in rehab nursing and later in psychiatric nursing at the VA before joining the ACCESS team.
When she's not at Access, Sundi is a fitness enthusiast and enjoys spending time at the gym. She especially loves working out with her sons when they aren't "too cool" to exercise with their mom. As a family, they enjoy outdoor activities, traveling, and are active members of the Greek Orthodox Church.
