Ashley Pultro, M.S., CCC-SLP

Speeh-Language Pathologist

Ashley Pultro, M.S., CCC-SLP has been part of the ACCESS Early Childhood team since 2017. She is a speech-language pathologist that has been serving mainly in a toddler classroom and Pre-K 4 classroom. Ashley loves helping cllients reach their full potential and incorporating the literacy-based curriculum during therapy sessions. She provides therapy services to clients in the classroom and during one-on-one therapy sessions. Ashley loves that ACCESS provides a multi-disciplinary approach that is unique to each client.

Ashley holds a Masters of Science from The University of Central Arkansas specializing in Speech-Language Pathology. Ashley is trained in PECS level 1, has participated in a Language Acquisition Through Motor Planning and Moving Forward with LAMP training, and has attended various feeding and childhood apraxia of speech courses.

Ashley’s favorite part of working for ACCESS is celebrating the small and big victories her clients achieve while also working with their families to aid in the carryover of skills across settings. When she is not serving the ACCESS mission, Ashley enjoys spending time with her family and crafting. Ashley has two children, with a third on the way. Her son is autistic and is a huge motivator in her life. Thanks to her son, Ashley is able to be more flexible, patient, and think outside the box during therapy sessions. She has a passion for working with autistic clients and loves working with all of her pediatric clients.
