Ashley Pultro, M.S., CCC-SLP, has been part of the ACCESS team since 2017. She is a speech-language pathologist who has primarily served in a toddler classroom and Pre-K 4 classroom and recently transitioned to serve in the kindergarten foundations classroom. Ashley is passionate about helping clients reach their full potential and integrating a literacy-based curriculum during therapy sessions. She provides therapy services both in the classroom and through one-on-one sessions. Ashley appreciates that ACCESS offers a multi-disciplinary approach tailored to each client's unique needs.
Ashley holds a Master of Science degree from The University of Central Arkansas, specializing in Speech-Language Pathology. She is trained in PECS Level 1, has participated in Language Acquisition Through Motor Planning (LAMP) training, and has attended various courses related to feeding, autism, and childhood apraxia of speech.
Her favorite part of working for ACCESS is celebrating both the small and large victories her clients achieve, as well as collaborating with their families to ensure the carryover of skills across different settings. Outside of her professional role, Ashley enjoys spending time with her family and crafting. She is the mother of three children, and her son, who is autistic, serves as a huge motivator in her life. Through her experience as a mother, Ashley has become more flexible, patient, and adept at thinking outside the box during therapy sessions. She has a deep passion for working with autistic clients and enjoys working with all her pediatric clients.
