Ashley’s favorite part of working for ACCESS is celebrating the small and big victories her clients achieve while also working with their families to aid in the carryover of skills across settings. When she is not serving the ACCESS mission, Ashley enjoys spending time with her family and crafting. Ashley has two children, with a third on the way. Her son is autistic and is a huge motivator in her life. Thanks to her son, Ashley is able to be more flexible, patient, and think outside the box during therapy sessions. She has a passion for working with autistic clients and loves working with all of her pediatric clients.
