Occupational Therapist

Bailey Yarberry, OTD, OTR/L, has been a part of the ACCESS Academy team since October of 2020. She serves as the occupational therapist in the Intermediate 3 classroom and enjoys engaging her students in new, fun, and creative ways to help them reach their unique potential. Bailey’s goal is to encourage each of her students to take steps toward independence by utilizing their individual strengths to overcome challenges. She is dedicated to motivating her students to be active participants in their journey to a brighter future by instilling confidence, perseverance, and courage.

Bailey graduated from the University of Central Arkansas with a Doctorate of Occupational Therapy (OTD) degree in August of 2020 and began serving her local community through ACCESS shortly after completing her education. Her favorite part of working for ACCESS is building lifelong relationships with each of her students and their families.

Outside of her work at ACCESS, Bailey enjoys reading, spending time with family and loved ones, fishing, or simply getting outside to enjoy some fresh air and sunshine.
