Bailey Keaton, OTD, OTR/L

Occupational Therapist

Bailey Keaton OTD, OTR/L has been a part the ACCESS Academy team since October of 2020. She is the occupational therapist in the Intermediate 2 classroom, and enjoys engaging her students in new, fun, and creative ways to shape their unique potential. Bailey's goal is to encourage each of her students to make steps toward independence by utilizing their individual strengths to overcome areas of challenge. Bailey believes in motivating students to be active participants in their journey to a brighter future by instilling confidence, perseverance, and courage.

Bailey graduated from the University of Central Arkansas with her Doctorate of Occupational Therapy (OTD) degree in August of 2020, and began serving her local community through ACCESS shortly after completing her education. Bailey's favorite part about working for ACCESS is getting to build lifelong relationships with each of her students and their families. When not working at ACCESS, Bailey can be found reading, spending time with family and loved ones, or taking out her kayak to enjoy some fresh air and sunshine.
