Project SEARCH Skills Trainer

Devondre Hince, B.M., joined Project SEARCH Arkansas: ACCESS Initiative in partnership with Arkansas Rehabilitation Services in 2021 and currently serves as a Skills Trainer at the Jonesboro-St. Bernard’s Medical Center Campus. Devondre derives immense satisfaction from witnessing his interns triumph over their daily obstacles, thanks to ACCESS's and Project SEARCH's pioneering and innovative Skills Training curriculum.

Devondre's professional journey led him from the Greene County Tech School District, where he contributed to the Special Education Job Transition Department. With a background encompassing one-on-one tutoring and seminar-style instruction, Devondre aspires to foster an environment where each intern can reach their highest potential for success.

Devondre wholeheartedly believes in the boundless potential of every intern he serves, and the principles of compassion, benevolence, and accountability fuel his drive. Notably, the Jonesboro-St. Bernard’s Medical Center site has achieved remarkable success, with a 95% placement rate for program graduates—an inspiring testament to the program's effectiveness and ACCESS’s unwavering commitment. When not working with the fantastic team at St. Bernards, Devondre enjoys spending time exploring Arkansas' natural beauty, playing trombone in local music ensembles, and spending time with great friends.
