Erin Richards, OTD, OTR/L, has been with ACCESS since 2023 and is an occupational therapist at the Stella Boyle Smith Early Childhood Campus. Erin loves seeing her clients develop new skills and become more independent tiny humans. She enjoys working one-on-one with children and using an individual's strengths to work together to address their unique needs.
Erin graduated from the University of Central Arkansas, earning her Doctorate in Occupational Therapy. She is interested in pursuing continuing education in feeding therapy. Erin's favorite part of ACCESS is its community; new faces are noticed, warmly welcomed and made to feel like a part of the ACCESS family. She has recently picked up pickleball and enjoys the challenge of learning this new, fast-paced, addictive hobby.
