Heather Smith, M.S., OTR/L

Occupational Therapist

Heather Smith, MS, OTR/L, has been an occupational therapist at ACCESS since 2003. She holds a master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Central Arkansas (UCA). Heather is passionate about working with families, problem-solving, and helping students gain independence to reach their full potential.

She has additional training in oculomotor deficits, sensory integration, and executive function continuing education. In the past, Heather also founded and coached the ACCESS track team for several years, contributing to the school’s athletic program.

Outside of her professional work, Heather enjoys spending time with her family, running, biking, cooking, and reading.
