Heather Smith, MS, OTR/L has been working at ACCESS since September of 2002. She worked full time and now works part time after having kids. Heather has worked with kids across many age groups and is currently providing occupational therapy to kids at the Early Childhood campus. Heather's favorite part of working at ACCESS is collaborating with the classroom team in order to treat all aspects of children so each child can reach their potential. She also enjoys getting to know all of the kids different personalities and being able to spend time with them individually. Heather has training in occulomotor/visual functioning along with NDT (Neurodevelopmental Treatment) for the pediatric population. Currently she has done several continuing education on ADHD. When she is not serving at ACCESS, Heather enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, and running.
