Jessica Blevins

Project SEARCH Skills Trainer

Jessica Blevins has been a dedicated Skills Trainer at St. Bernards Project SEARCH in Jonesboro, AR, since 2019. She loves watching her interns succeed and helping them find the right accommodations through creative solutions, research, and digital, visual, or auditory aids. Jessica believes that every intern has the potential to be successful, though their journeys may look different. She is passionate about discovering the unique learning path for each individual.

Project SEARCH has taught Jessica that everyone learns in their own way, and finding the right approach for each intern is a rewarding adventure. One of her favorite parts of the program is organizing fun Job Clubs and seeing graduates return to share how well they are doing—whether it's in their job, driving, or living independently. Seeing their growth and being part of their journey is very special to her.

Before joining Project SEARCH, Jessica was the House Manager for a men's Waiver home and a supervisor at a living facility for individuals with disabilities. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Education with an emphasis in Communication from Arkansas State University.

In her free time, Jessica enjoys going to the gym and teaching swim lessons to young children with the Jets Swim Team. She also serves on the non-profit board for Project CARE, a Jonesboro-based organization that advocates for, educates, and supports citizens with disabilities through legislation and community efforts.
