Project SEARCH Instructor/Coordinator

Kellie McDaniel is a dedicated professional passionate about empowering individuals with disabilities. Graduating from the University of Arkansas Fort Smith with dual degrees in Marketing and Business Administration, Kellie has honed her expertise in diverse roles at ABF Freight, FortSmith Convention & Visitors Bureau, and O.K.Foods, Inc. She joined the Mercy Fort Smith Project SEARCH team as the Instructor Coordinator in 2022.

Kellie thrives on working with Project SEARCH interns, fostering personalized job skills and essential training for a successful transition into the workforce. She wholeheartedly embraces Project SEARCH's vision of meaningful work, self-esteem, community contribution, and value for all. Witnessing interns achieve personal goals and cultivate opportunities brings immense joy to Kellie, who passionately supports their journey to conquer challenges and confidently grow.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Kellie indulges her love for music, art, and reading. She finds solace in nature, often taking walks and hikes in the woods. Kellie will undoubtedly contribute her expertise and dedication to uplifting adults with disabilities towards a brighter future
