Lauren Spilker, M.S., CCC-SLP

Speech Therapist

Lauren Spilker, M.S., CCC-SLP, has been part of the ACCESS Early Childhood team for two school years and is currently a speech therapist in the Pre-K 3 classrooms. Lauren evaluates and treats disorders and delays that limit a child's ability to communicate with others and participate in safe and age-appropriate feeding. She works to empower her students and their families to reach their full potential by giving them tools to set them up for success in the future. Lauren believes in utilizing play-based and clinical-directed activities to help children build a brighter future.

Lauren received a Masters's of Science from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. She was recently awarded her certification of clinical competence and is working towards gaining more experience in the areas of oral motor feeding.

Lauren's favorite part of working for ACCESS is the Pre-K 3 Circus, where her students can show their families and friends their success' in speech and the classroom. Watching each child celebrate achievements in speech brings them great joy! In her spare time, Lauren enjoys playing tennis, cheering on the Hogs, and spending time with her family and friends.
