Melissa Thomas is a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist who serves as ACCESS' Director of Clinical Operations. Melissa has spent the last 27 years working with children, adolescents, and their families. She is passionate about ensuring access to clinical services needed to thrive and succeed.
Melissa joined ACCESS eight years ago, and she has finally found a place as passionate about serving children and adolescents as she is. In her current position, Melissa oversees ACCESS' clinical programs, including occupational, physical, and speech therapy; mental health services; evaluation services and academic therapy; Community and Employment Waiver services; and clinical billing.
Melissa holds a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Central Arkansas. Her favorite person in the world is her son Jack, a student at the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville. She enjoys reading, shopping, and vacationing at the beach.
