Melissa Thomas oversees ACCESS clinical programs, quality, staffing, and service delivery, and now leads both Human Resources and the Academy, placing her at the center of how our people and programs work together every day. She has a real talent for policy, structure, and the systems that keep a growing organization strong, and a steady hand in the situations that require all three at once. As ACCESS continues to grow, her expertise and leadership will be vital to our stability and our future.
Melissa has been with ACCESS for more than 15 years, building expertise across our comprehensive clinical programs, including occupational, physical, and speech therapy, mental health services, evaluation services, academic therapy, and clinical billing. She holds a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Central Arkansas and has found in ACCESS a community that shares her passion for supporting children and adolescents.
Outside of work, Melissa enjoys reading, shopping, and vacationing at the beach. Her greatest joy is her son Jack, a student at the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville.
