Melissa Thomas is a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist who serves as ACCESS’ Director of Clinical Operations. She brings nearly three decades of experience working with children, adolescents, and their families, and is deeply committed to ensuring individuals have access to the clinical services they need to thrive and succeed.
Melissa has been with ACCESS for 12 years and has found a community that shares her passion for supporting children and adolescents. In her current role, she oversees ACCESS’ comprehensive clinical programs, including occupational, physical, and speech therapy; mental health services; evaluation services and academic therapy; clinical billing and more.
Melissa holds a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Central Arkansas. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, shopping, and vacationing at the beach. Her greatest joy is her son, Jack, a student at the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville.
