Described as an effective Job coach, mentor, and trainer Samantha has served as the Instructor/Coordinator at the Ouachita County Medical Center Project SEARCH in Camden since 2018. A native of South Arkansas, she successfully worked in workforce development and Medicaid waiver services for individuals with disabilities before joining Project SEARCH Arkansas: ACCESS Initiative. Samantha is incredibly thankful to work with young adults. She enjoys teaching them new concepts and helping them find success in the workforce. In her spare time, Samantha likes spending time with her nieces and nephews including traveling, attending concerts, sporting events, and fishing.
