Sherice Butler

Project SEARCH Instructor/Coordinator

Sherice Butler has been a dedicated member of the ACCESS UAPB Project SEARCH team for nearly seven years and currently serves as the UAPB Project SEARCH Instructor Coordinator. She is deeply passionate about building meaningful connections with her interns and their families. Sherice is committed to helping each intern develop essential job skills, navigate society, and cultivate lasting social relationships. Her extensive experience working with children of diverse abilities enables her to create personalized success plans that support both interns and their families in building brighter futures.

Before joining ACCESS UAPB Project SEARCH, Sherice spent seven years in education. She holds a Master’s degree in Education from the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff and a Special Education certification from Harding University.

What drives Sherice the most is celebrating her interns' daily achievements and witnessing their growth. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys gardening, traveling with family and friends, and actively participating in community events, including church activities.
