Whitney Bell

Pre-K 3 Lead Teacher

Whitney Bell is currently a Pre-K 3 lead teacher. Whitney really enjoys teaching three-year-olds because they have so much creativity, imagination, and independence that blooms throughout the year. Whitney always try to find the balance between keeping structure while giving our students the flexibility and freedom to be silly as they explore their world and learn and grow. Having a front row seat to witness her students' growth and excitement as they learn new things and achieve new skills is so exciting, and the team approach at ACCESS with therapists and teachers working together to find the right methods and strategies for each student opens the door for them to succeed in their own unique way.

Whitney holds a bachelor degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders. She strives to use her knowledge of speech and language development in the classroom setting, finding ways to challenge her students to work on their individual goals and generalize the concepts they learn in therapy. With multi-sensory learning methods and fun activities to cultivate new skills, Whitney loves working at ACCESS because we seek to find what is right and appropriate for each student to meet their needs in the best way possible. When she is not in the classroom, Whitney loves spending time with her husband and two kids, playing with their dog, baking, and being outdoors.
